Emma has been an advertising creative for over 20 years. First as a junior copywriter at a Start up agency and most recently as the UK Chief Creative Officer at Digitas, responsible for the agency's overall creative output and point of view on the world. In between the two, she's been ECD on famous brands such as British Airways, IBM and Kimberley Clark. And the CCO of Ogilvy Group UK. Along the way, she's won the top prizes at all the major creative award shows, from Grand Prix at Cannes and Yellow Pencils at D&AD, to Best in Show at One Show to Grand Prix at DMA and Gold at Campaign BIG. Emma's experience spans direct marketing, brand advertising, digital communications and technology – a rare mix of skills. She's passionate about innovation, behavioural science, strategic planning and the power of the team.
