Having started his career in advertising with TBWA and Grey, Ryan saw that the industry was moving towards more contemporary, open source models and joined Mofilm. Upon joining he led the Chevrolet account, overseeing campaigns conceived and shot in over 35 countries, picking up awards at the Clios and and the Lovies along the way. After a stint setting up Mofilm's office in New York, Ryan returned to London to lead business development globally as the company evolved from its crowdsourcing roots into a world-class video content agency. Since being promoted to Managing Director in December 2018, Ryan has been responsible for overseeing the integration of Mofilm with sister agency Oliver, which was acquired by parent company You & Mr Jones earlier this year, resulting in the creation of bespoke filmmaker teams for Diageo, Visit Britain and Unilever. Ryan is a firm believer in leveraging creative minds outside of industry silos in order to make better marketing communications for clients.
