Mitsubishi's Road to Bluesfest
REBL HOUSE by NP Digital
Client: Mitsubishi Motors Canada
What began as loading gear into a trunk became a moving love letter to Canada. Rubber Tire Peepshow partnered with Mitsubishi Motors Canada to take on a 14,000 km cross-country journey in the Mitsubishi Outlander, playing 23 shows across the country before culminating at Ottawa Bluesfest. Abandoning the showroom floor, the film capturs the heartbeat of the open road, proving that a brand's value isn't found in its features, but in the experiences it enables. Building on Mitsubishi’s Outlander-ish Experiences campaign, including stories of chasing the Northern Lights and the grit of ice diving in Northern Quebec, Road to Bluesfest positions the Outlander not as a product, but as a reliable partner in the Canadian experience. From small-town venues to iconic festival lights, the film captures the unfiltered realities of life on tour: late nights, long drives, shared laughter, resilience, and the communities that keep live music alive. Grounded in real moments and authentic storytelling, the film celebrates the connections that happen between destinations, proving the journey matters just as much as the destination. This wasn’t just a car commercial. It’s a story that celebrates the power of music, connection and showing up for our fellow Canadians along the way.
