OffCentre is a documentary film created in partnership between energy provider E.ON and Linney, designed to spotlight the experiences of colleagues living and working with invisible disabilities.

The film aims to raise awareness, challenge stereotypes, and shift perspectives—inviting audiences to see the workplace through a new lens. Rather than offering solutions, OffCentre encourages viewers to reflect on their own assumptions and perceptions. Through intimate, personal stories, the film explores the realities of invisible disabilities such as chronic pain, anxiety, fatigue, and cognitive challenges. E.ON colleagues share their lived experiences with honesty and courage, offering case studies that are both inspiring and deeply human. Their resilience and openness form the emotional core of the film, creating a narrative that is impactful, thought-provoking, and profoundly moving. It’s a powerful, personal journey into what it’s like to live and work with invisible disabilities — particularly conditions like chronic pain, anxiety, fatigue or cognitive challenge.
