Jess Slaney

Jess started her career in film post-production before going on to found and run her own production company for 13 years. She later moved into audio, spending five years at Factory Studios where she rose to Group Business Development and Content Director, before leading global brand campaigns agency-side as an Executive Producer. She then returned to business development in senior roles across London's leading independent post-production studios, and joined global creative studio Thinking Box last year as Executive Producer, New Business. With a career spanning production, audio, brand strategy and commercial leadership, Jess brings a rare end-to-end perspective to creative brands, aligning creative ambition with real brand and business objectives, while championing talent and long-term partnerships.
