Head of Creative , Fight or Flight

With over 16 years of consultancy experience, Kate has recently been appointed the first ever Head of Creative at the fast-growing B2B agency, Fight or Flight. Applying her consumer brand experience to B2B creativity, Kate has been tasked with spearheading the agency's creative output on UK and global briefs for clients such as Expedia, LinkedIn, Sky, Nokia and Trainline.  Prior to that, Sarginson spent over a decade at Weber Shandwick, leading the consumer marketing division for three years, and driving integrated earned campaigns for the likes of AB InBev, eBay, Nespresso and Tinder.
