Kim began her career in the New Business and PR team at Havas Sport & Entertainment Cake, developing standout creative for brands including EE's major sponsorships of Wembley, BAFTA and Glastonbury, as well as Virgin Atlantic, Barclays and Coca-Cola. She went on to join Talker Tailor Trouble Maker as Creative Lead, becoming the youngest Black female creative leader in the industry and earning a place on The Drum's 50 Under 30 Top Female Creatives. She delivered work for Deliveroo, Mastercard, Pernod Ricard, Poundland and Vice, helping secure several challenger-brand wins for the agency. At MSL Group, Kim was named in PR Week's 30 Under 30 and selected as one of Publicis' global 'future leaders'. She drove multiple award-winning campaigns, including the PUMA Cali Star Challenge which has amassed more than 4 billion views, the agency's first ever billion-viewed piece of content. She also delivered innovative work for Curry's, The FA, Nintendo, COTY and PUMA Global. Most recently at Golin, Kim helped win major industry awards for Simply Business, made Magnum go viral at Cannes Film Festival with Charli XCX, and created Specsavers' first campaign aimed at the Black community with Auntie Army. Kim contributes thought leadership to PR Week, appears on PR Moment's Stunt Watch, and features on panels for People Like Us and the Black Comms Network. She has judged at Cannes Lions, Creative Moment and the PR Week Purpose Awards.
